This past January, Oakwynites from across the province came together to celebrate, connect, and set the tone for the year ahead at our highly anticipated Sales Kickoff. Hosted at the stunning Parq Vancouver Hotel & Casino, the event was a powerful reminder of the strength of our community and the momentum we continue to build together.

After a beautiful breakfast shared among Oakwynites, the morning officially began with a Year in Review, setting a reflective and energizing tone for the day ahead.
A key highlight was the company recap delivered by Arlene Chiang, who took the stage to walk the room through Oakwyn’s collective wins over the past year. From record-breaking achievements to meaningful community impact and continued growth across all regions, Arlene’s presentation was a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we move together with intention. Her message grounded the room in pride while building excitement for what lies ahead.
A Theme To Look Towards
One of the most impactful moments of the event was the official theme reveal: Journey.
More than just a word, “Journey” reflects the path each of our agents is on—individually and collectively. It speaks to growth, resilience, evolution, and the understanding that success is not a single destination, but a continuous pursuit. The theme was brought to life through a powerful keynote that challenged everyone in the room to reflect on where they’ve been, where they are, and where they’re going.
