Only halfway through the year and Oakwynites have sold more properties worth over $4,000,000 this year than in 2020; there was a significant increase of 425% sales in the luxury home market compared to last year!

Although the pandemic impacted the listing market significantly this time last year, Oakwyn surpassed another record of 1,336 new listings this quarter! This reflects a 71% increase from last year’s Q2, and about 300 more listings since last quarter.



Record Number of 716 Completions in June

June 2021 has been our busiest month of completions yet - Oakwynites have helped homeowners get their keys to over 700 properties this month! There has been a tremendous rise in sales of 161% since this time last year.
