Cheers to Connection!
Oakwyn recently had the pleasure of hosting yet another successful WOO event this month at The Kent. WOO’s initiative to support and develop women leaders in real estate has grown tremendously and what an event it was! We were lucky to hear from two incredible speakers. Jill Sinclair shared her wealth of knowledge and experiences, offering valuable insights that left us all with a passion to learn more. Christina Wong, Co-Founder of Employ to Empower, brought a fresh perspective on how we can use our skills to make a difference, and how we can better implement them to our day-to-day routines.
Morgan Browne and Arlene Chiang, our amazing Oakwyn Co-Founders, delivered motivating talks that truly captured the spirit of Oakwyn. Their words were a reminder of the innovation and dedication that drive our success. “WOO is about women succeeding without fear” Browne explains.
This event was more than just a gathering; it was a celebration of the achievements and potential of women in real estate. It’s a testament to our commitment to supporting and empowering each other.
Oakwyn dedicated 10 scholarships to women who are committed to developing their personal and business skills. The scholarships are a testament to our commitment to supporting the growth and development of our team members. We were thrilled to award these scholarships to deserving individuals, each of whom has demonstrated exceptional dedication and potential. These scholarships will help our colleagues pursue further education and professional development, contributing to both their personal growth and the overall strength of our community. As the evening progressed, we enjoyed glasses of champagne and a delightful charcuterie spread. It was great to see everyone mingling and catching up, reinforcing the strong sense of community within Oakwyn.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the evening so special. Your presence and enthusiasm contributed to a memorable night. We can’t wait for more opportunities to come together and continue inspiring each other.
